Has your garbage not been picked up? Is there a pothole on your street?
The City of Hamilton has created a new online platform for residents to report issues within the community. Regardless of whether it's graffiti, missed garbage collection, potholes or another issue, you can now report it on this new platform. There are categories to choose from, each with its own unique set of questions to ensure all details are logged. You can report an issue here.
They also launched a platform to ask questions instead of reporting an issue. With similar categories to the reporting tool, you can use this to get more information about municipal processes or issues affecting residents. You can ask a question here.

One of the quiet limitations of traditional career development practice is an over-reliance on seriousness. There is an implicit belief that the more significant the decision, the more serious and structured the process must be.
Career development professionals might recognize this pattern: clients arrive thoughtful, articulate and highly analytical. They have already considered their options, weighed risks and reflected on what they “should” do next.
