Employment Hamilton is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead daily operations including:

  • Guide the organizationโ€™s mission, long-term strategy, and financial health in partnership with the Board

  • Oversee program development, budgets, and financial planning alongside the Finance Manager

  • Cultivate strong relationships with funders (Fedcap Canada) and community stakeholders

  • Supervise staff, foster professional development, and shape organizational culture

  • Act as a community liaisonโ€”representing Employment Hamilton at events, advisory groups, and service provider meetings

These culturally sensitive sessions focus on emotional well-being, empowerment, and building personal strength during settlement.
