On behalf of the Hamilton Coalition for Refugee Claimants (HCRC), Iβm pleased to share the attached flyer for the upcoming Refugee Rights Day event on April 4th at the Central Library.
About the Event:
This event aims to raise awareness about the rights of refugee claimants and help them explore the services and supports available in Hamilton. The event is open to asylum seekers and refugee
Claimants.
What to Expect:
- Know your rights: attend presentations by Refugee Law Office, Hamilton Public Library and more.
- Meet organizations that assist refugees with settlement, housing, employment, and more.
- Hear from refugees who have successfully built their lives in Hamilton.
- Meet others who share similar experiences and journeys.
- Light refreshment will be provided.
